Abstract: In this talk, I will present a weak compactness theorem for the moduli space of closed Ricci flows with uniformly bounded entropy, each equipped with a natural spacetime distance, under pointed Gromov-Hausdorff convergence. A structure theory for the corresponding Ricci flow limit spaces and some characterizations of the singular sets are given, together with applications to four-dimensional Ricci flows. This is joint work with Hanbing Fang.
